Manual therapy treatment may include any of the following: myofascial release, instrumented soft tissue mobilization (i.e. IASTM/scraping), joint manipulation/mobilization, neural mobilization, manual resistance training (including proprioceptive neuromuscular stimulation and muscle re-activation techniques).

Research has shown that patients respond positively to hands-on treatment when combined with exercise and education. This can lead to a faster recovery and less out-of-pocket expenses.
